Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of tissue-friendly materials that are implanted in the jaw and fuse with the bone. In combination with a dental crown, they form a resilient dental prosthesis that is indistinguishable from natural teeth in terms of both form and function.
Dental implants are often made of titanium, a high-purity metal that can withstand extreme loads. As an alternative to titanium, we are also happy to offer you ceramic implants if your individual tooth and jaw situation allows this.

Single tooth restoration
A single-tooth restoration offers an ideal solution for gaps caused by individual missing teeth. An implant is inserted into the jawbone in place of the missing tooth. Bone augmentation:
As a highly specialized dental practice, we have invested a lot of time in training and further education to learn modern surgical techniques. This enables us to treat you as a patient in the best possible way using the safest bone augmentation procedures currently available.
If there is not enough bone material available, we can rebuild your bone using special procedures. In our modern practice in Höfe Adliswil, diagnostic options play a decisive role. 3D diagnostics (3D X-ray and 3D scan) enable us to plan the bone augmentation precisely. The missing bone portion is calculated exactly and built up precisely.
Only a sufficiently available or specially created bone supply ensures successful treatment and a favorable long-term prognosis for artificial tooth roots (implants).
Procedure of the treatment:
- During a detailed consultation in our practice in Höfe Adliswil, you can explain your wishes to us and we will advise you on all the possibilities of modern implantology.

- After implantation, we take a scan and adjust the temporary restoration if necessary.
