Fixed teeth in one day

A four-to-six implant concept for edentulous jaws

dental implants Adliswil

Your new quality of life starts here

Would you like to laugh carefree again and eat without restrictions? Would you like an implant treatment that is completed quickly? Our practice specializes in complete restorations: We can provide both jaws – upper jaw and lower jaw – with fixed implant bridges in a single day of treatment. You leave our practice with fixed teeth that can be loaded immediately.

The problem: Bone loss due to tooth loss

In healthy teeth, the chewing forces are transferred to the jawbone through the roots. This mechanical load is important: it stimulates the bone and maintains its substance. However, if teeth are missing, this natural stimulation is lost. As a result, the jawbone recedes – a process that doctors refer to as resorption.

The more this bone loss progresses, the more problematic it becomes to wear a conventional full prosthesis. It no longer finds sufficient support. The consequences in everyday life are considerable: insecurity when chewing, unclear pronunciation and the constant worry that the prosthesis could slip – especially in social situations when laughing or talking.

The solution: Fixed full-arch restoration in one day

This is where our treatment approach comes in: Through the targeted use of a small number of implants in biomechanically optimal positions, we create a stable basis for permanently fixed dentures. The special feature: This restoration can be realized in just one day of treatment. The implants take over the function of natural tooth roots and thus prevent further bone loss.

Who is the four/six-implant concept suitable for?

The treatment concept is particularly suitable for patients in the following situations:

Toothless jaw
You already wear a full denture and would like a fixed alternative without a palatal plate and without the uncertainty of removable dentures.

Remaining teeth not worth saving
Your remaining teeth are severely damaged, loose or can no longer be saved due to periodontitis. Instead of spending years with problematic teeth, we can remove them and restore them directly with implants.

Ill-fitting prosthesis
Your full denture no longer has any support, causes pressure points and restricts your quality of life when eating, speaking and laughing.

Advanced bone resorption
Even with reduced bone availability – especially in the upper jaw – we can often achieve an immediate restoration by strategically placing the implants, often without additional bone augmentation.

Desire for immediate restoration
You don’t want to live for months without fixed teeth or with removable temporaries.

Individual clarification required

Optimum aesthetics and function

The fixed full-jaw restoration is almost indistinguishable from natural teeth. You can choose the size and color yourself. Eating and laughing are possible again

Good price-performance ratio

Instead of replacing each tooth with its own implant, four to six implants per jaw are sufficient for fixed full-jaw restorations. This saves a lot of time and money.

Fast results

You go home with new teeth and a beautiful smile on the same day as the implantation. With this now fixed full-jaw restoration, you will soon be able to eat normally again and enjoy your life.

Proven process

The treatment concept has been used successfully worldwide for over 25 years. Studies confirm a long-term success rate of 98%. With good care, fixed full-jaw restorations can last a lifetime.

What does "fixed teeth in one day" mean?

“Fixed teeth in one day” – that is our promise to you. This is realized with a four/six-implant concept: instead of replacing each tooth individually, we only place four to six strategically placed implants per jaw. A fixed full-arch restoration is attached to these implants – a complete row of teeth that you receive on the day of treatment.

With just four to six implants, you receive an immediately loadable restoration. This modern surgical solution enables a fast, safe and cost-effective treatment procedure that provides you with fixed and esthetic teeth on the day of treatment.

Important to know:

On the day of treatment, you will receive a fixed temporary bridge that can be loaded immediately. After the healing phase of 3-6 months, this is replaced by your definitive, high-quality restoration from the dental laboratory.

When all teeth are missing: Fixed full-jaw restoration in one day

Fixed vs. removable restoration

Advantages of fixed dentures:

Not sure which solution is right for you?

Fixed full-jaw restoration (“fixed teeth in one day”):

Screw-retained or cemented – cannot be removed by you, just like your own teeth. Offer maximum comfort and stability, but require professional cleaning in the dental practice.

The main difference: fixed dentures offer maximum stability and comfort, while removable implant-supported dentures are an excellent improvement over conventional dentures and offer the advantage of easy cleaning.

We will be happy to discuss which solution is best for you in a personal consultation – with transparent cost estimates for both options.

Removable implant-supported prostheses:

Removable for daily cleaning, but firmly anchored in the mouth by mechanical anchoring (locators, bars or telescopes). You can remove and clean the prosthesis yourself – this ensures optimum hygiene. It sits securely and firmly in the mouth thanks to the implants, without adhesive cream and without wobbling.

Only 4 to 6 implants for a strong bite

Usually four to six implants per jaw are required (occasionally additional implants in the upper jaw may be useful). Modern techniques such as 3D X-rays, Primescan and computer-aided planning enable a minimally invasive procedure and a quick recovery.

Advantages

Thanks to our fixed full-jaw restoration, you get immediate results and a natural chewing sensation. Our patients leave the practice with fixed teeth and can eat and smile normally again immediately. Experience a new quality of life immediately.

Frequently asked questions
Four-to-six implant concept - fixed teeth in one day

In which situations can the four-to-six implant concept be used?

The concept is ideal if there are only a few or no teeth left. This procedure is often suitable even for severely damaged teeth and low bone density. However, a minimum bone density is required.

How long does the treatment take?

The treatment in our dental practice in Seefeld takes about 1-2 hours. This is followed by a healing phase of 3-6 months, during which you will already be wearing a fixed temporary denture.

Are there any risks associated with fixed full-arch restorations?

Every surgical procedure carries risks. Swelling, pain and sometimes infections can occur after the operation. Our highly specialized and experienced implantology team works in a minimally invasive manner and thus helps to minimize the risks as far as possible.

Frequently asked questions about immediate restoration implants

Can the restoration be fully loaded after insertion?

Yes, you will receive a fixed temporary full-arch restoration on the day of surgery, which can be loaded immediately. After the healing phase of 3-6 months, this is replaced by the definitive restoration, which is then fully and permanently functional.

When can I return to sport after treatment?

Sport and physical exertion should be avoided for a few days.

How do you clean the fixed full-arch restoration?

A fixed full-jaw restoration should be cleaned just as carefully as natural teeth. Make sure you also clean the spaces between your teeth thoroughly.

How long does a fixed full-arch restoration last?

With careful care, a fixed full-jaw restoration – like normal implants – can last a lifetime.
