All-at-once implants and dentures for edentulous jaws

How to get your smile back!
Discover All-At-Once Implants.
Immediately fixed teeth in just one day!

Would you like to laugh carefree again and eat without restrictions? Would you like an implant treatment that is completed quickly and does not require bone augmentation?

All-At-Once Implants could be the ideal solution for you, as this treatment concept offers you secure and fixed dentures in one day.

What does All-At-Once mean?

The modern All-At-Once treatment concept offers immediate and fixed dentures. With just four or six implants, you receive an immediately loadable restoration. This surgical solution enables a fast, safe and cost-effective treatment procedure that provides you with fixed and esthetic teeth on the day of treatment.

Only 4 to 6 implants for a strong bite

Usually four to six implants per jaw are required (occasionally additional implants in the upper jaw may be useful). Modern techniques such as 3D X-rays, Primescan and computer-aided planning enable a minimally invasive procedure and a quick recovery.

Advantages

Thanks to All-At-Once , you get immediate results and a natural chewing sensation. Our patients leave the practice with fixed teeth and can eat and smile normally again immediately. Experience a new quality of life immediately.

Who is All-At-Once for?

All-on-4 or All-on-6 is suitable for patients who wish to have fixed dentures if:

  • you have a toothless or almost toothless jaw
  • your remaining teeth are loose and/or severely damaged and therefore no longer worth keeping
  • you do not want a long treatment with many sessions

Even upper jaws with severe bone loss in the molar and anterior region can often be restored with implants in one day as part of an All-At-Once treatment. Even long-time denture wearers can still fulfill their desire for fixed teeth on implants.

Optimum aesthetics and function

Fixed crowns on implants are almost indistinguishable from natural teeth. You can choose the size and color yourself. Eating and laughing are possible again

Good price-performance ratio

Instead of replacing each tooth with its own implant, four to six implants are sufficient with All-At-Once. This saves a lot of time and money.

Fast results

You go home with new teeth and a beautiful smile on the same day as the implantation. With your fixed dentures, you will soon be able to eat normally again and enjoy your life.

Proven process

The treatment concept has been used successfully worldwide for over 25 years. Studies confirm a long-term success rate of 98%. With good care, implants can last a lifetime.

How much does an All-At-Once denture cost?

The costs vary depending on the individual situation and are therefore not fixed across the board. We will be happy to discuss your specific needs with you in a personal consultation. We will explain the advantages of the All-At-Once treatment compared to the conventional method in detail and then provide you with a corresponding quote.

Advice &
Diagnostics

In a detailed consultation, we take time for you and clarify your dental situation and treatment wishes with you.

We clarify the following questions together:

  • What is the condition of your teeth and jaw?
  • If there are still teeth in the jaw, is it worth keeping them?
  • What is your general state of health?
  • What treatment would you like?
  • What is the best solution for your situation?
  • Would you like anesthetic treatment?
  • Which anesthetic treatment is suitable for you?

After careful diagnostics using three-dimensional X-ray technology(⇢ DVT), we will present you with a treatment that is tailored to you and the alternatives. We will clarify with you whether we can treat the current bite situation first with a temporary and later with a permanent denture.

Your optimal treatment and the possible alternatives are always planned individually for your situation by our specialists. You will receive a correspondingly tailored offer.

Finally, you decide on your treatment path and we implement it together with you.

Treatment planning
OP procedure

At this second appointment, we will discuss the surgical procedure and the desired result with you (surgical information).

  • Creation of a ⇢ 3D DVT X-ray image (if not already available)
  • Measurement of facial proportions and digital impression / bite registration with ⇢ Primescan
  • Creating the photo status
  • Functional analysis of the temporomandibular joints to determine the ideal future bite
  • Digital pre-planning of the implants, coordinated with the subsequent dentures
  • Clarification of your wishes regarding the shape and color of the dentures
  • Information about the procedure and the course of treatment
  • Selection of anesthesia

During this appointment, the implant surgery and the future dental prosthesis are planned digitally and three-dimensionally in order to simulate the future position of the dental implants and the appearance of the future dental prosthesis and to coordinate them exactly.

We will also discuss with you the shape and color of the future dentures according to your wishes.

Advantages of All-At-Once at a glance:e

Frequently asked questions about All-on-4 implants:

In which situations can the All-At-Once method be used?

The All-At-Once concept is ideal when there are few or no teeth left. Even with severely damaged teeth, the All-At-Once procedure can help to create a new set of teeth. Compared to conventional implant treatment, this procedure is also suitable for patients with lower bone density. However, a minimum bone density is required for front teeth.

How long does the treatment take?

The treatment in our dental practice in Seefeld takes about 1-2 hours. This is followed by a healing phase of approx. 3-6 months, during which you wear a removable temporary denture or, in rare cases in the anterior region, a fixed screw-retained temporary denture is also possible.

Are there any risks with All-At-Once treatment?

Every surgical procedure carries risks. Swelling, pain and sometimes infections can occur after the operation. However, our highly specialized and experienced implantology team at our dental practice in Höfe Adliswil works in a minimally invasive manner and thus helps to minimize the risks associated with the treatment as far as possible.

When can the dental implant be fully loaded after insertion?

The healing time for dental implants is generally 3-6 months. The implants are then fully functional. If the bone situation is sufficient, a fixed temporary restoration can be inserted during the healing phase, which can be loaded immediately.

When can I return to sport after implantation?

After inserting a dental implant, you should refrain from sport and physical exertion for a few days.

How do you clean dental implants?

In general, dental implants should be cleaned just as carefully as natural teeth. Also ensure that the spaces between the teeth are cleaned thoroughly. Special attention is required after the operation to avoid inflammation.

How long does an All-At-Once dental implant last?

With careful care, All-At-Once dental implants – like normal implants – can last a lifetime.
